Above are investment summaries of multifamily real estate deals that have recently been on the market. I received the properties’ rent roll, T-12 profit and loss statement, offering memorandum, and any other available documents. I then underwrote the property, researched the market, talked with brokers, and eventually created an investment summary that I would present to potential investors.
Deal Criteria
- MSA – Higher job and population growth than the United States average
- MSA – A higher percentage of citizens with a bachelor degree than the United States
- Submarket – Avgerage household income in a 1-mile radius is 3x the average rent
- Submarket – Above average schools in the area
- B & C Class Properties
- 60-120 Units
- 1980-2010
